I had a long 45 minute MRI done.  It can feel somewhat claustrophobic.  The staff members Craig and Victoria made my visit a positive pleasant one.  They were kind, supportive and professional in their approach.  I hope they are recognised for their service and customer support.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was sorry to hear you were apprehensive prior to attending your MRI appointment and you had to wait a little longer than expected.

I was however delighted to hear the care and treatment you received from the staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

It was great to hear you felt supported by the staff and you were made to feel comfortable throughout.

I'm pleased that Craig and Victoria were able to help you during your MRI scan, these machine can look daunting. I am very happy that your experience within the department was a good one, this is always nice to hear.
