(as a service user),

Short visit for an xray today. Have been before for the same when I felt display of NHS values could have been much improved. Not so today, lots of staff (including senior representation) and volunteers around giving pleasant and helpful instructions to all who were entering. 

Radiologist Gemma was helpful, respectful and informative
