I’ve been going to Kings George hospital in recent year to get treatment. Appointments always delayed. I find the receptionists rude and they appear to treat you like you worthless.
I have spent half a month trying to contact the rheumatology advice line. Nobody picks up the phone or calls back even when I leave voice messages. I have been left without medication and I don’t know my test results.
I have never experienced such poor service from any other hospital. I feel they are just wasting NHS money
