(as a service user),

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all staff involved in my care. I received prompts and caring attention from all NHS staff involved in my care. Special thanks to my O.T worker, Kimberley, my podiatrist and physiotherapists, also to Fife Council building department, who all went the extra mile!

Keep up the good work, and many thanks for everything.
