I attended an outpatient appointment at the Royal Alexandra Hospital (RAH) Respiratory function lab for a lung test this week and just wanted to mention how lovely the staff member, Clare, treating me was.
I was nervous on arriving as I hadn't known what to expect. As soon as Clare came to reception to get me, I was greeted with a huge smile and a really warm welcoming attitude. She thoroughly explained the test to me beforehand and kept me going throughout with lots on encouragement.
An absolute asset to the team at the RAH and I wish her every success in her future career. Thank you again, Clare.
