I had been fishing on the river Findhorn in July and when releasing a fish the double hook salmon fly embedded itself in my finger. While not a major incident, it was important that the removal was professionally done. Arriving at the Nairn minor ailments unit just before 8:00 pm the duty doctor who was shortly to sign off in completion of her shift, appraised the situation thoroughly and then took effective and careful action. The nursing staff were also superb in tidying me up and ensuring that I was well supplied with dressings. All very impressive and for which I gave huge appreciation. Thank you.
"Superb service and care"
