Extremely friendly and reassuring. The Rutherford Morrison unit is very clean and modern. All staff from the reception to the consultant were caring and professional. As a young person this was a very daunting appointment to have but they made it a lot easier. Results were well explained and the report was personal to me rather than just jargon.
