About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came in on Friday and so far everything has been fine, I have received very good care from even better nurses. The ward is very clean, you can tell it is cleaned multiple times a day. All the facilities are good. Communication has been good, the staff are really informative. My ideal situation would be not to be in here of course, however I cant complain about my stay as the staff are really doing a great job.

My name is Rachel and I am the Ward Sister on the Trauma Ward. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am so pleased to read that you are happy with the care you have received and the treatment from the nursing staff. It is reassuring to know the staff have been communicating well with you and keeping you informed. Myself and the staff understand how important this is for patients and their loved ones whilst in hospital. I am pleased you do not have any complaints and hope you be discharged home safely very soon.
