About: Intellectual Developmental Disabilities /Learning Disability Services - Community / Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team - ICATT (North & South)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Had to have emergency ICATT (Intense Community Assessment and Treatment Team) South support for a resident.

The support that the whole team gave was outstanding from the beginning, offering further support and different options .

Nothing was ever too much trouble or bother for them, calling and checking in on the resident has well has supporting staff .

I cannot thank the team enough for all their support

Annie from the team came and attended meetings and gave us full support

Thanks Annie and all the team for the telephone calls please keep up the good work.
