I was in intense pain and agony so I called them and escribed my symptoms they said an ambulance would take 40 minutes so I waited while screaming into my pillow. After 40 minutes they called back saying I don't need an ambulance and I should see my GP even though I could barely move. They said my intense pain was just a UTI. Turns out it was appendicitis and I needed surgery. I felt so ignored and belittled when I kept explaining that I'm not feeling well only to be told to calm down why crying in agony. Will never trust this service again. Went to A and E and it was confirmed I was right all along. It was appendicitis and it does need surgery.
"Awful experience "
