(as a relative),

My Dad sadly passed away in June. The care my Dad and my family received was excellent in the yellow zone at CAU. We really appreciate the hard work and dedication of the doctors and nurses and assistants.

Firstly let me start by saying I am so sorry for your loss. It can never be easy losing a family member.

It has warmed my heart knowing that you and your family received excellent care toward the end of your dads life. I shall pass on your appreciation to all the staff involved in his care.
