I completed the Momemta Weight Management Programme  with the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust.  The facilitators were Martina and Fiona.  The programme was provided online.  The presentations and group sharing each week were very informative and motivating.   I felt treated with respect, sensitivity and care.

The faciliatators styles made the programme very enjoyable.  The resource book was very helpful to consolidate the information and learning from each session.  Queries by email were answered promptly.
