(as the patient),

I rang 111, they couldn't  have been more helpful.  I spoke to a girl  called  Hayley.  She arranged an appointment for me  at Morriston hospital where I was looked after by all staff  including porters, nurses, doctors  and auxiliary  staff very  swiftly. I could not have had a better service.
