"Urgent care"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service) University Hospital Ayr / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I injured my ankle and phoned NHS 24 who effeciently arranged for me to attend the minor injuries service at ayr hospital. I received nothing less than outstanding care from the emergency nurse practitioner Jillian. She was friendly, caring and professional and i was assessed, treated and provided with tailored after care information. Outstanding service from a nurse who is a credit to her profession
