"The doctor was so patient and listened to me"

About: The Riverside Practice

(as the patient),

I was needing to see the doctor and explained to the receptionist how something was quite triggering for me and would I be able to have an appointment.

The staff were so kind and booked me in with the doctor. He was so patient and listened to me, explained things really philosophically and gently and made me feel so at ease and finally, a doctor who actually listens and doesn’t make you feel mad.
