About: Community Therapy Services / Nottingham West Community Therapy

(as the patient),

I had a great experience being helped by Cerys the Occupational therapist/physio.

She helped us more than any Dr has with her knowledge, expertise and communication skills.

Every time she promised to do something she stuck to her word, she was reliable, intelligent, friendly and caring. The perfect representative of everything that is good about the NHS.

Thank you so much for reviewing our Community Therapy Service. I am pleased you have felt supported and have had a very positive experience.

I will be sure to feed this wonderful feedback to Cerys, she will be delighted. She is a very valued member of staff and works hard to enable her patients to achieve their goals. Working in the NHS is very challenging at the moment and to hear such a glowing review is heart warming. Thank you
