(as a carer),

My mother was having trouble with her PICC line and was advised she may need to go to A&E to have it looked at. The district nursing team sent Cynthia and Emily out to help sort it out and with a lot of patience and perseverance they managed to get it unblocked. This saved mum a lengthy trip to ED and we were so appreciative.

My name is Laura Toal and I am the Integrated Care Team (ICT) & Social Work Manager.

Many thanks for providing this wonderful feedback about our District Nursing Service in ICT Lurgan. I am delighted to hear that our two District Nursing Staff members were able to visit your Mother and undertake the care that was required to prevent your Mother attending the Emergency Department.

I will share your feedback with the District Nursing Team especially staff members Cynthia and Emily who I know will be delighted that you took the time to provide such a wonderful compliment.
