About: Maternity / Home from Home Maternity / Labour Ward The Ulster Hospital / Maternity

(as a service user),

We attended our first antenatal class on zoom yesterday despite requesting face to face classes and we’re told that tours are no longer permitted of the maternity building. I was very disappointed to hear this as a friend had recently received a tour of the building and found it exceptionally helpful. It is very frustrating to know that some service users are receiving tours but others are not.
