Many thanks to the whole team who looked after me yesterday during my (fairly traumatic) endoscopy. I’d been dreading it, but the appointment was quick from referral date. The team on the day put me at ease, communicated well with me and each other throughout, treated me with respect and completed the process within two hours, with a decent cup of instant coffee before summarising their findings and next steps outlined in the report and sending me on my way.
