"Went over and above to be helpful"

I have recently been discharged from Wd. 27 RAH. I have nothing but praise for all members of staff. Although I cannot remember all their names and everyone was a credit to the profession, I would like to give  special thanks to two members of staff who really impressed me. While I had very limited contact with Zack , I was very aware of the care and solicitude he displayed towards the patients he did attend, most of whom were elderly. It was edifying to see this level of caring in such a young man. Jack , all I can say is he kept his  wings hidden, an angel indeed who went over and above to be helpful . Thank you to all.
