Absolute fiasco! Appt 11/7/23, calkd 17 times in total no answer for exercise test to re-arrange due to injury.Attended consultant appt, Had all usual tests & waited 45 mins, asked how much longer too be seen, was told"There are other patients to be seen & your wait could be up to 2 hours"! (We'd arrived an hour before appt because we couldn't get through to exercise test. They said fine have ecg etc & be ready for Dr appt) we asked to reschedule to be rudely told you wont get another appt anytime soon!! Your in a queue to see Registrar? Why were we not told on arrival lengthy delays,& only Registrar not Consultant doing appts. Disgraceful way to treat patients, considering I had to contact them as my son not seen for over a year??

Avoid Barts!! This once amazing hospital is failing!!
