About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Basingstoke

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Having had anxiety in attending group meetings prior to participating, I am pleasantly surprised by the other people and the energy of the sessions. They provide great insight.

Sam the group facilitator was fantastic.

Thank you for your post and positive feedback!

Attending and participating in group interventions for the first time can be a early daunting experience, however these environments can be a great way to connect with others with shared experiences and talk to others openly and impartially in a safe place. This can go some way towards remedying the feeling that we are alone in our struggles, whilst providing new coping strategies and new ways of thinking.

I will ensure that your positive feedback is shared with Sam and the Team

Wishing you well in your recovery journey!
