(as the patient),

I had a Basal Cell Carcinoma removed recently. The appointment time was perfect because there was no traffic; usually getting to and from the hospital is very difficult because the roads are so busy.

I was seen bang on time and the team were very friendly and caring, putting me totally at ease. Everything was clearly explained and the procedure done quickly and efficiently. I was given all the aftercare information I needed.

I am so glad that everything went well and we managed to make you feel at ease.

The traffic is always a concern for patients and we do try to give a little extra time for patients if we can. Procedures are very short time slots so it can be difficult sometimes.

We hope you are recovering well and thank you for getting in touch and leaving feedback. We can only make changes if we know how the service is affecting the patients.
