"Casual attitude of doctors"

About: NHS Fylde and Wyre CCG

(as the patient),

I am registered to the surgery since December last year. Have been to the surgery 5 or 6 times. Most of the times doctors are in such a hurry that I was not able to tell them all my symptoms.

2 or 3 times I saw the same doctor over there. I went with severe debilitating backache. He advised painkillers and physiotherapy, but I never got the referral to physiotherapy inspite of calling the practice again and again and even going there and asking for it.

Twice I saw another doctor and both times they didn't seem to be interested in listening what I was trying to tell. Sadly and to much my despair they were more interested in sending me out the room.

Last time today I saw them and I had severe symptoms of IBD. Being a doctor myself, I understand I should not take her undue time. They looked at my biopsy report. Refused to tell me the diagnosis. Said they will call me later.

In the evening, they called and just asked me to collect the prescription from reception. Again dint tell any diagnosis. I am very disappointed.
