About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Urology (Ward 28)

(as a relative),

My whole family would like to express our sincerest thanks to the staff of Ward 28 in the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley for the care of our mother. The medical care was excellent, but the team added so much more to our feelings of being well supported, by their kindness throughout Mum's stay in the Ward.

The staff were very patient when we asked questions about Mum's condition and treatment, they often stayed with Mum when we had to leave the room.  They arranged a recliner chair and numerous cups of tea for us.  They always reacted positively & warmly to our requests, and most importantly they were so kind to, and respectful of, Mum in her dying days.

To all, our heartfelt thanks and appreciation.

I'm extremely sorry to hear of the passing of your mum. This must be a very difficult time for you and all your family so thank you so much for finding the time to provide us with such generous feedback, it really means a lot.

I was really pleased to hear you and your family were happy with the care and treatment that was provided to your mum while attending Ward 28 of the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

It was very heart warming to hear how the staff took the time to get to know your mum in her final days and showed a professional and caring attitude throughout her stay.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to the staff who I'm sure will be as touched as I was to read your kind words.
