After being very nervous, was put at ease, the staff lovely, patient and caring, a new scanner so less claustrophobic, a much nicer experience. 10 out of 10.

Dear Chip824

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about your visit to the new MRI scanner. The MRI team were hoping that the new equipment would be a far better experience for patients and we are really pleased that this is now evident in the feedback we are receiving. It makes the last few years of meticulous planning all the more worthwhile!
