About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 1 South Medical

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been in hospital for 4 weeks I was first in A&E and recovery and am now on 1 south. The care I have received from staff has been okay although I have been waiting since yesterday to get my IV. I feel like sometimes the staff just seem to forget about you on the ward. The communication with staff has not been to bad. The bathroom facilities on the ward are not very clean, I have been using the ones downstairs instead of the  bathroom the ward.

I apologise that you found the standard of cleanliness of the toilets unsatisfactory. I will share your comments with the Senior Domestic Services Manager who will further investigate this issue.
