About: Inclusion Recovery College Thurrock

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have just completed 4 weeks of the Communicating with Confidence course with the Recovery College.

I learnt that I am not the only one struggling. I know how to work things out, to be more assertive and believe in myself.

The course worked at the right pace for my learning and the teaching style suited my learning. I enjoyed the course and found it useful. I would be extremely likely to recommend this course to someone esle.
