Dear Engine

Thank you for taking the time to recognise the care provided to your husband recently who required emergency bowel surgery. I do hope his health is improving. I will be sure to pass on your kind words to Lauren and the community nurses at Kilbirnie.

Kindest regards

Dear Engine

Thanks so much for getting in touch via Care Opinion. I'm so sorry to learn your husband required emergency surgery. No doubt a traumatic experience for you both. I hope your husband is doing well and you also are taking time to re-charge after such a worrying ordeal.

It's great to see your complimentary feedback for the staff who cared for your husband (and for you). It seems as though everyone left a hugely positive impression on you both.

Thanks specifically for mentioning our staff here at NHS 24. Very often we are involved at the start of a patient's journey of care, therefore it's great when we see such compliments, that our staff are included. I would like to be able to share your story directly with the staff who managed your call, therefore if you would be kind enough, when time permits, to contact me with some additional detail, then I could do this. You can call me on 07814 299944 or email Patient.Experience@nhs24.scot.nhs.uk

Thanks again and best wishes to you both.

Shona
