"Care received after my dad fell"

About: Community Services - North Devon / Community Rehabilitation

(as a service user),

The rehabilitation team at Bideford health and social care have been helping us with mobility issues for my father. He had to move in with us last year following a nasty fall leaving him unable to look after himself. Their help has improved his quality of life and recovery time when he fell a few weeks ago. The care and dedication from the team is wonderful and a big thank you to Lou & Adele and the balance class team.

Thank you for taking the time to give the Bideford Health and Social Care Team some lovely feedback.

I am sorry to hear your father has had a difficult time following his recent falls and his living arrangements have had to change because of it. I'm glad to hear he is recovering and his quality of life has improved. I am pleased to hear the balance classes have been a great help, and it is lovely to hear your kind words of appreciation about the staff. I will pass on your thanks to them all.

I hope your father continues to improve and the advice and support the Health and Social Care Team provided will continue to keep him safe and well.

Kind Regards

Susan
