(as a service user),

My son attends the endocrine dept at the sick kids due to ongoing medical issues.

Today's appointment went pretty good. Didn't have long to wait to see the consultant, Dr Chetty. Jen took his height and weight then we saw Dr Chetty.

This time my son, who has autism, managed to be restrained. The knowledge he was getting a toy after was a godsend. Even better was that Blair came to support us, despite him being super super busy. Thank you Blair!

A much more positive experience today for my 9 year old son.
