I want to thank the Queen and the staff at Grantham Hospital Surgical unit for the care they gave me, how they explained everything to me, always seemed to have a genuine consideration for the care of everyone within the ward.

Nothing was too much trouble, fab service.

Thank you for the feedback and Queen will be so pleased to have a personal mention – I will share this with all of the staff on the ward and I hope you are making good progress following your surgery and the fact you posted this makes our job so worthwhile and a huge morale boost
