"I got a lot out of the course and everyone seemed to enjoy it."

About: Primary Care Mental Health & Wellbeing Nurses / Primary Care Mental Health & Wellbeing Nursing Team - North Perthshire

(as a service user),

I attended the 5 stress buster course at Blairgowrie Cottage Hospital. It was run by Colin and Sheila and they were excellent. The venue was good and the reading provided was good

Apparently it was the first time this course had been run with a group, usually it is one on one, but it was handled very well. Everyone was given time to speak and Colin and Sheila where encouraging with everyone.

I got a lot out of the course and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

Dear skydt34,

thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience with completing the Stress Busters Course at Blairgowrie Community Hospital. It is very encouraging to hear that you found the materials shared with you and the other course participants to be of benefit to you. It is very assuring to Colin and Sheila and to North Perthshire Primary Care Mental Health and Wellbeing Team that the experience of running course in a group format was a positive experience.

Thank you again for taking time to tell us about your experience and I wish you well.

Kind Regards

Katie
