My mother had a diabetic podiatry appointment today. She is newly diagnosed and also has significant hearing loss so she was apprehensive about her appointment. The podiatrist, Angela, was fantastic. She was very reassuring and friendly. It is the first time I can say that staff were actually deaf aware. She spoke loudly and clearly to mum, without shouting. She put my mum totally at ease.
Staff attitude
"Very reassuring and friendly"
