(as a service user),

I recently birthed my baby in Daisy Hill Hospital, the staff there are fantastic, everyone is friendly and helpful. One midwife I will never forget is Rachel. 

Rachel went above and beyond, nothing was a bother, she made me and my partner feel like we had known her all our lives, I knew I was safe within minutes of meeting her. We will be forever grateful to her for helping to bring our baby safely into the world.
