About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as a carer),

My mother attended Day surgery for a cataract operation. She has dementia so needs a companion with her.

The staff were excellent at every step of the journey, from reception to theatre staff. Special mention to staff nurses Louise and Derek, who managed the pre and post op times. Also to Dr Soma and her team for keeping it all so relaxed.
