(as a service user),

My experience was extremely positive. Ms Lone and her nurse Maria were helpful, caring, patient, understanding and supportive. They both helped me feel as relaxed as possible. I felt as a patient that I was not only listened to, but took an active part in what I wanted and was considered in my best interests.

10/10 goes to both of them

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you and thank you for taking the time to leave such positive feedback about Miss Lone and her nurse, Maria. It is always great to hear that our teams are so caring and supportive and it is so important for our patients to feel listened to and involved in their care.

Our teams work hard to try and minimise any worry or anxiety for their patients, and to make them feel as comfortable and informed as possible during such an intimate procedure, and they very much appreciate all feedback. I will ensure that your kind words are shared with the team.
