"Would be lost without Daisy Hill"

My time on Daisy Hill’s Female Surgical has been good. We really would be lost without Daisy Hill. I couldn’t fault anything about my stay. The staff explain everything to me and I really do want for nothing whilst here. I couldn’t name anyone in particular over the other as everyone has been great. I have been in and out of Daisy Hill for over six years now. The staff treat me like gold dust and make sure I am alright. The ward sisters, all the nurses and the doctors have all been absolutely brilliant.

The ward has been kept incredibly clean and I have been well looked after. Everything has been spotless and I only need to ask if I want the bathroom cleaned. The food has been nice but it is the same every day. They have also taken the “Sunday Dinner” option of the menu which I found quite disappointing. Otherwise, everything has been fine. The staff go out of their way for me, even making sure I get some tea and toast at 5am.

I honestly believe that the staff do not get thanked enough for the work they do. I am happy to be here and thankful for the great service provided by Daisy Hill Hospital.
