About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a service user),

Having used the RCHT Aural Care Service for many years I have always found it very satisfactory. The staff have always been excellent and very caring. I feel they always do their best to put patients at ease.

I should hate to lose this essential service which I greatly appreciate.

I thank them.

Thank you for your feedback. I am responding as part of the Patient Experience Team. I apologise in the delay in response.

I am pleased to read that you have found the Aural Care Service to be satisfactory and the staff have been excellent and caring. I am glad to read the staff are able to put patients at ease during their appointments which I am sure make's all the difference and it is lovely to read that the team are able to make patients feel more comfortable during their visit.
