We had to take my 16 month old to Urgent Care after waiting all day for a call from my Dr's practice. When my childs breathing became worse and temperature increased we made the decision to go to urgent care. After checking in and sitting in the waiting room, my child became abit upset and wheezing loudly. The receptionist heard the wheezing from quite a distance and called for someone to see us straight away. We were so grateful for this.
The medical team that then saw my child were so amazing too, trying to keep them calm in a distressing situation and generally being so gentle. After collecting the prescription, within a few hours my child massively improved. So grateful for the service we recieved as it is very upset seeing a child struggling to breath properly
"Amazing and speedy service"
