"The team were nothing short of amazing."

My mum was transferred from hospital to Summerford for some reablement to get her back on her feet after a fall. Initially her mobility and confidence were really poor and we really wondered if we'd ever see her back on her feet never mind back in her own house .....but.....the team at Summerford were nothing short of amazing. 

The social care workers, OTs, physios and rehab workers worked with mum slowly building her confidence and turning her in to a new woman! The change in mum (that we never thought we'd see) was so positive; she was back on her feet, back to being mum and loving the friendly homely atmosphere at Summerford. 8 weeks after she was discharged back to her own house and is thriving and loving the independence they helped her get back
