About: Specialist Therapy Services / Community Stroke Team – South Notts

(as a relative),

My dad had a stroke and Rhea and Margaret came round and have helped massively. They have helped us know what to do and have pointed us in the right direction for other things we've needed. We wouldn't have known what to do without them.

My dad is getting better all the time now and we really want to say a big thank you for all they have done for us - it has been so helpful and kind.

Many thanks for taking the time sharing your experience with the Community Stroke Team. This is wonderful feedback and I will pass this on to the team, specifically Rhea and Margaret whom you have mentioned.

Your feedback is very important to us to know and is much appreciated. It is imperative that that our patients, families and carers let us know how well / or not we are doing in order that we shape the delivery of services to become as patient /family/carer centered as we can.

I'm glad that the team were able to support you and your dad and we wish him a continued recovery and all the best for the future.
