About: Adult mental health / Andover CMHT

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Core Life Skills (CLS) Group 2023 – Feedback Form

1)How did you find the group?

Very informative and clear

I found it safe and encouraging.

2)What was the most helpful part of the group and why?

The small number of participants

The pace wasn’t rushed

3)What was the least helpful part and why?

I can’t think of anything in the slightest bit negative

4)What would you change about the group/would like to be different?

I wouldn’t change anything

5)How helpful has the group been in addressing and understanding your difficulties?

Totally, I learnt so much from the 1st session to the last.

As specific topics didn’t get brought up, there were no actual triggers, just feelings, which made it easier to stay grounded.

I have started to find ‘myself’.

6)How did you find the facilitators?

Very welcoming. A good balance of formal and relaxed atmosphere. Non-judgemental.

7)Any other comments?

Was pleasantly surprised by the extent in which I learnt and have been able to use the tools given on an automatic basis

No, thank you x

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about how your psychology core skills group went. It seems that you have been able to feel like some positive changes have been experienced.

It is really helpful for us to know how the groups are perceived and the skills you can look back on as achieved.

We wish you well in your recovery
