(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The staff on this ward are excellent, they are so quick to help you when you call for someone.

The foods been good and the menu suits me well.

Its great being allowed to have visitors on the ward but at times there isn't much room for them.  There is only one chair per patient so there isn't anywhere for them to sit, so having more chairs would be better.

The blinds on the ward also need replaced as they don't close. This is very annoying especially at night time as its hard to sleep with the light coming through.

As Ward Sister Manager I thank you for your very kind words towards the nursing staff whilst you have been a patient in 4 north.

I will take your comments and esacalte these to me Lead Nurse and ensure that we have enough seating for visitors and we are at present awaiting new blinds on the ward.

I will ensure that this postive feedback is shared with the whole team on the ward.
