About: South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance Virtual Wards / Frailty Virtual Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was only on the ward for a brief time, I had been upset with the ambulance service as I wanted to go to Reading hospital and they refused me and took me to Basingstoke, this had really upset me as I had no choice.

Paul was a clinician that listened to my story after I had come out of hospital. He was amazing
