I attended the Early Pregnancy Unit and sadly was told that I had lost the baby. From the first minute, the staff were excellent. They were extremely kind, and made sure I fully understood everything that was going on. I then had an ERPC in the Alexandra Day Unit. This was spotless, very efficient, and again staffed by wonderful compassionate people. All in all, the PAH has made a very difficult time much easier. My thanks to all.

Thank you so much for providing your feedback at what must be a difficult time. We will be passing this on to our staff and letting them know how well they were able to support you. I know they will feel assured by your comments, and so for that I am very grateful, as staff do need reminding that when they do a good job, it is appreciated.
