About: Dorset County Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

For the second time an appointment missed at Dorchester Hospital due to no available parking spaces, this after a 45 minute drive, arriving at 09:30, 50 minutes before the time of the appointment.

I am so sorry to hear of your experience and know that car parking at DCH has recently been more challenging for our visitors and staff. I am happy to report that we have a plan to resolve these issues in the coming weeks, and to deter people who are not accessing our services, from parking on site.
