I was disappointed in the midwives - they seem overwhelmed and not able to cope with the workload. Chaos at appointments and having to wait for over a hour. Midwifes refusing to see patients as they had double booked. Constantly receiving texts with changed times , having to see a different midwife at every appointment and getting asked the same questions.
No booking in system so midwives are unaware you have arrived. Very poor service and midwifes appear uninterested. Awful depressing clinic, conveyor belt service and not fit for purpose. Clearly a desperate shortage of midwifes.
