An very good visit from reporting at 7.30am on Monday to discharge on the 8th. All the staff treated one with respect and dignity. I was on the kings wood Ward which was very good, on discharge on the 8th I was told at 09.30 but did not leave till 3.00pm, then had to go back on Thursday to collect medication which was not on the ward and it took them another 90 minutes to sort this out. To be fair the staff on Thursday were very good in particular the Sister. Would recommend Basildon Hospital as being very good.
