When I contacted Inclusion a year ago now, I was lost and spiralling downwards rapidly. They gave me the greatest support I could have possibly hoped for, completely non-judgemental encouragement, and helped me find my chosen pathway - from the experience of those who had been through a similar journey to what I had. I was always trying to be someone else, but that person wasn’t even who I’d thought they would be. Even though I was actually already more than good enough, I just didn’t know how to stop myself from messing it all up.
With help from this service, I finally got a plan, and broke on through to higher ground. My key worker helped me to take on board the idea of living life in a more fulfilling, joyful, and connected way, and with their help I was finally able to start enjoying a more manageable existence, with far greater rewards.
Thank you to all of those at Inclusion who dedicate their lives to making other people’s worlds a better place to be. And, thank you for showing me so much support along the way - in my quest to live more righteously, so differently than it was when I was going downhill (what seems like a long time ago now).
